Hello everyone today every other people in our India country may find problem in gaining weight.The main reason for not gaining weight is lack of proper eating habits and lack of nutritious food. In today's time, there has been a lot of difference in the eating habits and lifestyle of a person. I will try my best to help you in this post.For more information read our complete post.

Note:- This diet plan based on Indian meal plate. So follow carefully and read  all instructions



EARLY MORNING (TIME:- 5:00 -6:00)

• Drink hot water( 200 ml)

• Bowl of Dalia (suger free) 20 -50 grams

• Almonds soaked in water ( 5-10 pieces)

• skimmed milk  (150- 200 ml) suger free

• black (sprouted) grams


 BREAKFAST (TIME:- 7:00 - 8:30)

• Fat free milk (One glass)

• Food supplements (Toast 1-2 with white butter or green vegetables)

• Bananas( 1-2 piece)

• 2 paratas with curd ( without fat milk) or butter

• Fruits salad with juices 


AFTERNOON (TIME:- 11:00 - 12:30)


One glass of juice with  (Boiled potatoes)

• vegetables curry without spices

• Drink some water 

LUNCH (TIME:- 1:30- 3:00)

 Dal or Sabji ( bolied and prepared in olive oil)

Drink lassi or Raita 

• Add Vegetables Salad with fresh Vegetables

•  Brown Rice (1-bowl)

• chapptis (2-3 pieces)

• Drink water after 30 to 60 minutes as your capacity.

EVENING (TIME:- 4:30 to 6:30)

• Vegetables Soup (1 bowl)

• Shake or juice ( 1 glass)

• Vegetables Salad with butter

• potatoes ( bolied) 1-2 pieces

• Bananas (1- 2 pieces)


DINNER ( TIME :- 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

• Same as lunch

• add soyabins, non veg, Cheese(raw)

• Don't add vitamin -B Complex

•  Drink water after meal 

• 5 Minutes walking

Before Bed sleep

• skimmed milk (1/2 glass )
• fruits as usual


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 


✓ Do not eat suger, ice-cream, fats , chocolates, fat ,fast food etc.

✓ drink water 3- 4 litres everyday to maintain your body fat.

✓ Do not eat packed and tinned food.

✓ Follow diet paln and exercise regularly and strictly.

✓ Maintain your sanitation and hygiene regularly.

✓ Take dinner before atleast 2 hour bafore going to sleep.
